can’t put them into effect. This is the 3rd long-term relationship that I have had, that I just threw away by always arguing over the silliest things and not trusting him when I know he would be telling the truth. All these insecurities that I have in myself, I let out on him. And he never once deserved that. I keep ruining my relationships with the same issues and I just don’t know where to start.
