I ask people for dating advice and its usually very generally. Flirt, smile, etc. Yet no one has ever given me advice that i could work with, like breaking it down into steps.
Yeah. I’ve gotten "Be yourself, take a chance, flirt, play hard to get." I like very well elaborated advice, to be honest.

I am 24 and interested in a girl that I work with. She is 22, but hasn’t ever really had a real boyfriend, or even really a first kiss. I am much more experienced when it comes to dating. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to handle the differences outside of the obvious of I’m going to need a lot of patience and to understand everything is new to her. You’ve pretty much got the handle on it. Just be patient and understanding. No pressure. Don’t mention the past to her. It’s okay if she knows you’re experienced, but that’s all she needs to know. If she asks this line will save your butt, "What does it matter? I’m with you now." Avoid exes like they have the plague if you ever run into them. Don’t let her know they are an ex if she notices and if possible. It could be a bit intimidating. Women have this habit of comparing themselves to the exes and thinking strange things… especially if they lack experience. They forget a huge fact.. an ex is an ex for a very good reason! She doesn’t have to know the reason. Take things easy with her, but it will pay off in the end. You can teach her how you like loving. Good luck.

If you try and be proactive by asking guys in the pub it kinda sets you up on the wrong foot -men like to do the persuit, join the gym, join a book club, have a good time
