I need some dating advice from single mothers?

Posted by: miz helena  /  Category: dating advice

I met this Single mom online she’s really wild, a hot little number and I think she might actually be the one for me. But I don’t know the first thing about children and she already has 2 kids and she is pregnant
i’m not really the best at this whole dating thing can I get some solid advice?

get to know mom first. when you are comfortable with her, ask if it’s ok to have a "date" with the kids involved too. get to know the children. most often just being around children kick your instincts into gear. you may have to wing it for a little bit, but things should come naturally to you. the most important thing though is to take time. i was a single mom for about 4 years and last year got into a relationship. we’re doing wonderfully, it helped that he has kids as well, but that’s a whole nother story. i’m sure if you just let things happen when they’re meant to and not try to rush anything, you guys will be fine. best of luck and i really hope that you all find your true happiness together and become a beautiful family.

Can someone give me some dating advice?

Posted by: miz helena  /  Category: dating advice

So, I really like this guy.
And we’re planning to meet up.
But whenever I meet up with a guy, I get really nervous.
I have no idea why, I just HATE meeting up.
I also, never like eating in front of guys.
Is this normal?
I have had a lot of experience with dating, but nothing changes this.

Also, What are some good ways to make conversation on a date?
Thank you!

i really recomend talking to him alot online messenger, and talking to him on the phone, that way u will really get to know him and u will be less nervous around him and know how he reacts to certain things u might be embarrased of. I understand the first time will still be nervous but talking to him on phone and msn alot before u meet will help. And when u meet him talk about fun things u like to do, and things to do for fun at home. And if u dont like eating infront of guys it is normal, the more u do stuff infront of them they will get use to you and u will get use to it too. and i am talking on personal experience from a guys point of view. good luck with ur relationship!

What is an appropriate age for children to be taught sex education?

Posted by: miz helena  /  Category: sex,

I started being taught sex ed when i was in 3rd grade! I think that’s too young, but since a lot of people have sex at such young ages nowadays, maybe teaching sex ed at a young age/grade is a good idea…?

So, when do you think is the right time/appropriate age for children to be taught sex ed?

I think that sex ed is ongoing. You cant just on day sit someone down and tell them everything… most likely it will go in one ear and come out the other. When I was in 1st grade I first asked my mom about sex and she told me, but told me in a way that I would understand. While I was in elementry school they taught us starting in 4th grade. I think that earlier is better. The more educated children are, I believe the less likely teens will end up pregnant or with STD’s. But I think that it has to be in a way that younger children will understand… takeing babysteps to explain it… and not every detail has to be added. My brother is 9 and last year he asked about sex because they were talking about it in school. He ended up saying that it happens when a mommy and a daddy love each other.

How has your love for others made you a better person?

Posted by: miz helena  /  Category: love,

Some people can pick and choose who they love; they seek a balance or a rewarding experience for both paties.
Some people appear to express agape; they try to love everybody in some way, though that’s often impossible.
Some people are narcissistic; they cannot love anyone as much as they love themselves.

In what way(s) has your love for others (or lack of it) given you a sense of self-worth?

One of the biggest things that loving others has taught me was a sense of selflessness. Just like when you love your job or an activity you put everything into and you go really hard the whole time. For me that same thing happens when I truly love someone. I am totally selfless and I put my all into a person so that I can have the best outcome possible. Having different experiences where I step outside of the usually selfish person that I am and I am able to give more than I usually do has allowed me to see how much I can do and all that I can attain if I am dedicated and devoted to something or someone.

I asked the author if she was writing a sequel, but she told me she didn’t know yet. However, she said it was a possibility.
