Now, it’s time for something completely different!

The Spanish guitarrist, Narciso Yepes (1927.11.14 - 1997.5.3) plays Main Theme music - Romance - of the 1952 French film masterpiece, Rene Clement’s Jeux Interdits (Forbidden Games).

This record is a King Record pressing. I don’t know much about this company except they are from Japan. I bought this record in an antique shop in Seoul flea market - it was on the turntable of an Indian Crap-o-phone.

Of course, there are lots of recordings of this piece done by Narciso Yepes (and other hundreds of guitarrist) with Hi-fi recording technology. But anyway, this 78rpm recording is somewhat more nostalgic than the modern recordings.
